NetSetGo Program

NET players 5-7 years, you do not need to buy a uniform.
Joeys is an accredited NetSetGo Centre. NetSetGo is an exciting junior netball program. It has been designed to provide children from the age of 5 years with the best possible learning and playing experience that enables them to develop a positive introduction to netball. It is a quality netball program that:
- Promotes participation in physical activity
- Allows children and parents to participate in fun physical activity together
- Provides a skill development program which allows girls to experience sport, improve self esteem and learn new skills [/icon]
Information for the 2026 season
Start date: NET Skills training Fri 20th Mar
Cost: $100 , includes Netsetgo T-shirt and ball for new players or giftpack for returning players, 3 pre season skills sessions, and 11 week Round Robin Friday games, plus free Joeys ribbons! The ActiveKids rebate can be used to register.
Joeys NET Skills Session Schedule
- First session: Fri 20th March
- Second session: Fri 27th March
- Third session: Fri 24th April
- SSNA NET Comp: Fri 1st May (Joeys NET teams enter)
Followed by 11 week Friday round robin SSNA NET competition. Please note that Joeys provides coaches for the NET skills sessions. For players to continue in the NET competition, each team will require parent volunteers to coach and manage.
NET teams can continue to train on Fridays before their games during the season.
♦ Location: Bellingara Netball Courts
♦ Registrations: Open 1 JAN 2026 and close late Mar 2026, unless capacity is met earlier.
♦ Supervision: Please understand that we ask you to be responsible for your own child at each session (water breaks and trips to the toilet). If you are unable to stay, please arrange with another parent to supervise your child.
♦ Equipment: After Registering, each participant will receive a t-shirt and ball via post from Netball Australia. Please write your child’s name on the ball and bring it to each session. The kids can wear their NetSetGo t-shirts with black bike pants or shorts. Players are welcome to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath in colder weather.
